I've requested several components from several businesses and not had this type of annoying experince just like sanderson headers. About the 27th of may I requested a set of 26" fatigue turnouts for replacments of those I've simply because they got banged-up a little. I relized I'd accidentally requested ceramic-coated rather than the opera I needed, completely my problem. I named your organization and talked to some gentelmen having said that theese aren't any longer being created and we've none in-stock. I stated awful, then I'd prefer to please stop my purchase, while on hold another gentelmen responded the telephone I described that which was happening he then set me on-hold. He returned 30 seconds later stated he'd a opera collection and transformed my purchase and stated he'd deliver them out. I described exactly what the first-person I spoke to stated, however described regardless of so long as the best material is on the road and could be in on friday the 13th that was ideal since I'd a display on sunday the 14th. Friday folded around and advantages had no pipes and so I named sanderson headers again requesting a following range working they may have to the advantages centre to overdue to become placed on a vehicle, and so I would monitor them-and choose them up from advantages myself. After I however in the following range it stated they'd not been actually recived by advantages however but a label have been created about the 27th after I purchased them. And so I named sanderson again-this period fairly frustratedand they explained they I'd observe them on wednesday or wensday I described all of the issues and got no aid simply was informed easily needed them sunday it'd be an additional $145.00. It was simply really annoying you've excellent products and everybody I talked with was pollite but my hotrod buddys and that I will not be buying you items. Its not worth the problem.
