I purchased 2 notebooks from tigerdirect.com. One delivered to me plus one delivered to my closest friend. The main one delivered to me was completely good. The main one delivered to my closest friend was never obtained. He never obtained or closed for that notebook. Nevertheless, the following range (from UPS) mentioned it had been shipped.
I called tigerdirect plus they explained to call-ups (tigerdirectis shipper). I named advantages and advantages explained that tigerdirect need to document a state. I thought advantages did a back-track/searching for that missing package.
Used to do not obtained just one phone from tigerdirect informed the problem or a the situation. I called back plus they (tigerdirect) stated that advantages shut the situation since it was decided "sent". I question them how is the fact that feasible when my closest friend didn't obtained it? They stated thatis all-they have plus they explained to call-ups. I named advantages seeking established proof the notebook was shipped. They (UPS) explained that I've to obtain that data from tigerdirect. They (UPS) can't provide it in my experience since I haveam not the shipper. I named tigerdirect plus they stated that all of the information they've from advantages is the fact that it had been "sent" on the basis of the advantagesis searching info.
It Is absurd that I've to cover something which was dropped by UPS. I named my charge card organization and submitted a challenge. Today, I've a statement from the collection company. I will not purchase this notebook. I will document with any/all organization handling problems such as this. I will also make certain my speech be noticed about the online ripoff boards since this really is ostensibly a RIPOFF.
