The owner of this company and his employee took our car on 2-10-04 to put a catalytic converter in it. They picked up the car at 12:30 and returned it at 3:30. They charged us $347.00 (parts & labor) for a repair they did not do. They took our money did not replace the catalytic converter and skipped town.
When we called them and tried to remedy the situation, they would not give us any straight answers. We asked them to call us so we could resolve this issue and get our money back. They never returned our calls and we have not received our money. We now have a car that does not run and out of the money.
