Whenever we purchased our vehicle at that dealer, we were guaranteed an additional key to delivered it to the mailing address within 7-10 business days, along with a 100$ recommendation check to my spouseis father because he called that Organization to us. Which was nearly a few months before, and we'venot get our additional key along with a guaranteed recommendation look for my partner's father. We've approached our salesperson often and discussions with many supervisors, but nothing happens.
There have been many reasons for not getting our additional key and also the recommendation check, actually supervisors usually guaranteed to contact people back for what-ever they will have learn about the issues, but actually supervisors don't call-back.
