I rented a SUV from Alamo. Upon my arrival, the agent at the counter stated the size SUV I reserved was not available. He stated he would have to put me in the next larger size, but that I would have to pay more. He said the increase was due to, "supply and demand".
I took the car, because of my instance of not paying any higher, I was eventually charged the original amount, but only after returning the car.
