Client BJ Auto sales paid Central Payment corooration to ship terminal for credit card processing. Execitove Account Agent was present and spoke with Barbara driver left a door tag DT1025 4305 1838 he indicated that time 8:00 am. The sign on a locked gate at BJ Auto Sales indicated 10:00 the designated time when the business will offically open. Subseauently the driver left a door tag and failed to return to perform the contractual agreement, specifically 24 hour delivery by the Fed Ex corp. Furtherance of the matter they were paid in USD $45.00 for the service.in essence they breached the contract. This breach resulted in BJ Auto Sales loosing a $5,000.00 car deal simply because he lack credit debit card capability. BJ Auto Sales request a $45.00 refund for this act.
