After being motivated to us Ontrac Delivery with a shipping person, I chose to check it out for my westcoast delivery requirements. I delivered a little container but once it had been scanned it confirmed being an envelope. I had been informed it had been a kind e and offered it-no more thought till it had been dropped. It was a higher dollar cargo. Ontrac stated they'd return it and not did, they stated document a claim, I did they refused the claim. Today they're declining to speak with me. I've no option with this specific organization SHIPPER BEWARE!!!
