Bought a radiator to get a lexus - they charged our visa card 192.15 on oct 1st 2009. Allegedly tried to provide with a few company named ontrac? Www.ontrac.com which is really a rest - after i named oem cst support they explained the tackle didnt occur, they said nobody was house they stated that i'd transferred??? Wtf! Uhm no. After i named customer service that is in the philippines, fyi everybody, no body may help me, they gave me the runaround declining to provide any help. They said initial it was sent advantages, they said dhl nono no it had been fed ex. Why cant they figure it out? It was actually sent through ontrack. Then when they tried to displace my order, i'd to hold back 4-7 business days to get a brand new tracking number? Exactly what a crock! They'd it repaid to their warehouse on friday the 9th and from the 12th they said they'd distributed it to another person? Thats funny given that they don't provide on the weekend. Egh!!! Liars! Lastly terminated the order - im going to dispute the charge with my bank since i have curently have no faith within this businesses capability to do something.
