On April 30th
I went to the gas station at 5 Sandalwood Pkwy to wash my car at 4:04 pm. While i was in the car wash, when i got to the drywer i could hear the roof of the car going up and down. When i got home at about a 4:15 i notice that there was a big dent across the roof of my car. I call the store to notify them and the told me that it was impossible, and that i must come in so that they can assess the damages. I spoke to one of the attendant Christopher and he stated that the damages were not done on his property. I insisted the they repair the damages and they requested that i fill out a guest comment/resolution form, which he did. After he gave me a lot of attitude and told me i should take it to my insurarce and they will send an adjustor to check out the car wash station. What i want is to have my car repaired.
