The company had an ad in a local newspaper for "auto warranty" extended coverage. I purchased this warranty and had to have repairs to my vehicle. When the dealership called to verify coverage, the "real" company did not have any knowledge of my name and/or VIN number in there system. They did have the "agreement" number, but with another person's name and VIN # and address. After trying to reach MBC at the numbers on the agreement, it was frutile. I have been calling and the number always say" due to high call volumes, we can not answer, try later. Even if you call at 4:00 A.M., same message.
