Original order on Sept 4. Nov 8, we had to purchase additional tires, and still no refund. Have spent hours on the phone with several people. Carlos, John, and Jeremy are some of the most un-professional people I have ever had to deal with... Buyer beware. Do not buy from Wheels next!
