Had an automobile reserved 8 weeks ahead of time together. Turned up plus they had NO VEHICLES... Spoke to some woman online who had been good and informed us when we hired exactly the same kind of vehicle for that same interval they'd pay the distinction. We did, and today we will likely need to consider them to small-claims to obtain them to recognize the offer. When they hadnot created that provide, we'd have simply reluctantly taken our individual vehicle about the journey, but we respected them. Stupid us!
