Please DO NOT buy a car from mister TRAN. If you are a woman and you are alone, he will harass you, ask you on a date or other personal questions, if you are planning on working a deal with him around your budjet, forget it, he will work with you for hours until you cave into HIS plan. If you are not able to work a deal, he will literally kick you out of his office and NOT even help walk you out. If he thinks you are bad at english he can and will take advantage of you. Especially if you are elderly. Please be careful. Also, make sure you can actually see how much your car is appraised for, do NOT take his word for the value. Be weary of working with his unethical man. He will drag you up from san diego just to tell you that he car he has been promising is not there and was never there just so you can hopefully find another option.
