I purchased a "licensed" pontiac GTO there is an issue using the motor my vehicle continues to be in the dealer since January 7 which is today March 12. I simply purchased the vehicle in August. The dealer required the motor aside and rebuilt it however the bump proceeds. When the vehicle hadn't been under warrantee, GM might have explained to purchase an engine and my vehicle might have been set instantly. Since it is under warrantee, they don't wish to alter the engine alternatively they're keeping my vehicle hostage while they attempt to determine it out!!! I've been about the telephone using the client complaint division everyday and also the area expert, May, but to no avail. I'm prohibited to talk to anybody greater than April. Daily is just a new tale but still I'm out-of an automobile going back 60 times. That is certainly ridiculious. A sizable National organization like GM clearly doesn't value-its clients. The criticism division was created to not allow you to consult with anybody of expert. Top of the eschleon of GM has protected itself to ensure that no body needs to be troubled from the unhappy client having a genuine gripe. Watch out for the GM "licensed" vehicles!!!
