Bill Heard Cheverolet
Ripoff, dishonest, and 100% liars, using the alabama arbitration law to hide behind

I stopped by Bill Heard Cheverolet to price a vehicle, and test drove a 1999 monte carlo after leaving my drivers license that the salesman ask for.

When I returned, we talked trade-in on this vehicle, and the used car manager told me that he would allow me 2000.00 dollars for my car (sight unseen) that I was not in at the time.

So after a lengthy negotiation, they told me at that time my credit was good, and that it would be run through the bank, so we further negotiated the interest, and the amount of the payment.

Until we got it close to what I wanted, the payments, and the interest, so we traded and filled out all of the paper work including the title transfer, and mileage statement, and was told what my payments would be and when the first one would be due.

I took my trade-in and turned it over to them and signed all the paperwork over to Bill Heard, and it is still that way.

That was the Jan-11. The title was transferred five days later at a cost to me at over $100.00 and the insurance at about $300.00, but then the trouble started, the bank they said wouldnt finance the car. But when I called the company listed on the title application as lien holder, they stated they had not recieved any paperwork for the said vehicle and that was after the car was taken by Bill Heard on Jan-28.

They said that they had another bank that would finance it, but at a cost of 60.00 dollars a month more, I told them that I wasn't interested, then they wanted me to come over and sign a new contract.

I told them that I wouldn't be interested in signing a new contract after a trade has been made it was done, and the lien holder was already on my title application.

On Jan-28 I had been to the store and I pulled the car down in my yard close to unload a tv I had from the repair shop, and I turned to look when I heard a noise, and a wrecker was coming at me full speed.

He hit the rear of the Monte Carlo doing a lot of damage to it, and knocking me out of it, the wrecker driver sprayed me with tear gas, my wife called the Police, I wouldnt let him leave with the car.

He had no proper paperwork to enter upon private property and do this, the policeman said to let the wrecker driver pull it off and sue later, the policeman wrote it up to where i could get warrants for the wrecker driver, Kenneth Roberts from Huntsville.

Then a few days later I looked outside and my trade-in was in my driveway, no one told me or knocked on my door to let me know, the Monte Carlo is still in my name, and my car is still in Bill Heards name.

I lost several hundred dollars, but after telling me that they couldn't get the car financed I went to a cheverolet dealer in my home town and purchased a Jeep and ran it through GMAC the same day that Bill Heard had my car reposesed, and for what.

This Bill Heard operation is a rip off and a fraud operation that violates the Rico Act and why the feds don't put him where he belongs I don't know why, BILL HEARD USED ALABAMA ARBITRATION ACT TO HIDE BEHIND AFTER MISREPRESENTING THE DOCUMENT AS TO WHAT IT WAS FOR. The repossession had taken place 17 days after the purchase, by law I only had 10 days to insure it and transfer the title. I did as I was suppose to do and the police department let him get away with auto theft.
