Mepco finance corporation takeing my money for last year and half in the name of auto repair insurance

They been taken my money, i paid $300 deposite and paying $128.06 month for last year and half to direct proect warranty. Money is been taken out direct from my checking by MECPCO Finance, today i need help to repair my truck no responce by direct protect warranty i tryed by phone e-mail no respons i call the MEPCO # Customer service keep giveing run around can some one help me with this, thanks.
