Suntrup West County BMW
Deposit refund

BACKGROUND (On 25 Feb we stopped by the BMW dealership to complete the order our 2011 335I, we had done an earlier order (18 Feb) but it was not complete due to some additions on one of the car packages, were dealing with Mr. Kevin Knight who was the salesperson and who was also new at this, even though he tried to give us good information he kept going back to his boss for answers, we were a bit apprehensive about the sale but we wanted the vehicle. We had purchase another BMW overseas while we were stationed in Italy and this vehicle was used as a trade in.) On 28 Feb i called Mr. Kevin Knighti in order to cancel an order for a 2011 BMW 335i. Even though Mr. Knight was not there i left a message with one of the secretaries, I also e-mailed Mr. Knight to let him know. Since 26 Feb i had one phone call from one of the finance folks asking me if i wanted a better APR, I told him that i had called to cancel the order. No one would return my phone calls, and on Thursday I called once again and asked to speak with the general manager who is Mr. Noones, the secretary told me that Mr. Noones said that i needed to deal with Mr. Orson (Sales Manager) who would take care of this. On Friday Mr. Orson finally called me around 1130am after i had constantly called since 0830 that morning and told me that they had a better deal for me on the new car. I told Mr Orson that all i wanted was to cancel the order and wanted my refund, he then told me that he needed to speak with the owner and that he would let me know. Since Mr. Orson did not return the phone call i tried to call him all day Friday 4 Mar but he was always "busy" All I wanted to find out was if he had any news about my refund, i left messages for him to call me but nothing happen. All i want is to cancel the order and get my deposit back ($1000) For some reason it seems that this dealership is not customer oriented, and all they want is push a car on you. I wonder what would happen if you do purchase a vehicle and then you need to take it in for any reason? The customer service is one of the worst i have ever seen. I've traveled all over the world with the armed forces for the past 24 years and this type of service is not even seen in what i think are some (third world countries).
