In most cases the purchase of a car is difficult enough, but to go home and find out that products were sold to you with out you knowing or even being told of the sale and then CHARGED thousands of dollars extra is simply devastating.
Then when confronting management and trying to remedy the fraud committed by that dealership you find that they are more than ready to continue and ABUSE that same customer as if it was a continuation of the actual sale of the vehicle.
You then do a double take and ask yourself, is this really happening in this day and age? The answer regrettably is categorically YES!
What then? You turn around and ask, what is your recourse? The answer is to not consider defeat. They will ABUSE you verbally and you may cower BUT DO NOT!
