While my consideration was move and was absorbed by SANTANDER CUSTOMER US, right from the start until this very day is been only nuisance using the so-called customer support consultant, they're VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO FOCUS ON DEPTH and treatment less on which you've to express. Their definitive goal would be to mess you around using the costs. They do not provide you with correct data and everyone makes their particular plan. I been providing the run around for months today.
I had been informed that I really couldnot perform a partial cost due to my readiness day, therefore since it was over $1,500 I had been unable to develop that large quantity. I settled them $780.00 however they nevertheless would not consider the remainder of the total amount until it had been entirely. Currently my bill was documented towards the credit agency so when I keep in touch with someone today they stated " easily would've compensated atleast $500.00 that my consideration would've been present" but due to their INSUFFICIENT CONVERSATION it had been never educated in my experience until today.
Thank god that i do not have to cope with rude people following this fee! Worst experience ever! If this is the final organization position i'll never purchase a vehicle
