Approximatly two weeks ago I made an appointment at Leith Mitsubishi to have my 1998 eclipse worked on. I dropped my car of this morning the 21st of february and was assured it would be the first car looked at this morning. I left and called back about 1200 pm and was told that my car had not yet been looked at and was also assured I would have my car back by this afternoon. Once again I left and came back around 5:30 pm. When I got to the dealership they told me they had not gotten to my car yet and I would not be able to get my car back until next week. I was then informed that because I was under the age of 21 I would not be allowed to use a rental car. I am enlisted in the United States Air Force and I have to report to work everyday. The Dealership told me that they could not help me in anyway with any kind of transportation what-so-ever, and did not offer to reimburse me for money that I would have to pay for public transportation or money I lose for not going to work. I feel that if I can afford a 1998 eclipse, make the payments on time why cant I be recieve another means of transportation to work just because my car is in the shop. The dealership more or less blew me off because I am under the age of 21!
