This company was contracted by our warranty company to provide an engine. It took over a month to receive the motor and only after many, many, many phone calls.
They first claimed that the engine was shipped and then lost. Then after several more calls, claimed they would send a check for $500 for our inconvenience. They also claimed they would dispatch another engine to be driven by one of their own staff. It ofcourse never arrived.
The next lie was that the driver was 2 hours away. Then the driver got mad and abandoned the truck and trailer on the side of the road an hour from their shop. The check was to sent UPS (another lie) but did finally arrive in the amount of $200, Not $500. Needless to say, the check was NO good.
The motor did finally arrive and has been installed by a reputable shop in Charleston.
However, the saga continues. Who mails a bogus company check? Apparently, Michael O'Neill.
