AARP Hartford
Will NOT refund my payment

I recieved my renewal for auto Ins. & they went up over $30.00 a month
& when I called to ask why I was told it was because I drove too much! So
I found State Farm for less! I cancel the Hartford policy on the due date!
Which was on the nineth of ec. Month there for I requested
that the payment be credited back to my account as the payments taken out
automatically ea. Month on the third! So now I am being told that there is no refund!
So they keep $55.54 dollars of my little bit of SS check & Hartford does not have
to Ins. Me for the month of Feb. Which leaves me with only $4.48 until the 3rd.
Of next month! I had been with Hartford since March 9th of 2006 with out
any claims or tickets & Hartford goes & basically rips me off! What can be done!
