Yes they can get it from another store if they dont have it in stock at no mark up difference or usually the next day. They saw a chance to mark up a item cause, a urgent need was there. How often does this happen? Is it tought to them to respond in such a way by the corperate office? By the way good luck finding a path to file a complaint with corperate. Auto zone... Or is it a scam worked out to boost someones sales numbers on a sheet a paper so he can keep his job... Either way it happens price mark ups without telling or ask the customer. Schould be illegal.
