THE COMPANY DOES NOT CARE, CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT - SNAP-ON ECO Xtreme Air Conditioning machine

After 4 yrs of owning a SNAP-ON ECO X treme Air Conditioning machine our shop has put over $1300.00 into this machine and SNAP-ON said we are on our own and they refuse to pay for the compressor that keeps failing and when I told the local SNAP-ON rep he said "I would have told you to go pound sand". WHAT, you read this right and this is the way SNAP-ON from its corporate leaders to its local reps treat us. ANYBODY who has had dealings like this or were treated like this please speak out by posting about SNAP-ON on this site so others wont be screwed by this company who ONLY cares about taking your money and not selling you anything of quality. Here is a copy of my last email to SNAP-ON and if you have any bad experiences like what I wrote please contact me, I am seeking a lawyer to see if there is any kind of a class action lawsuit that can be put against this company who is walking on the working person in this bad economy. Here is a copy of my last 2 email to SNAP-ON after they said they would not back up their product that cost us over $4000.00.

Your company has been in touch with us and I refuse to except the out come.
SNAP-ON said they would just pay for somebody to come by and install the very expensive compressor we need to purchase for this machine, the compressor is over $600.00.
SNAP-ON DOES NOT take care of it customers and or the equipment it sells and we made a request for help but since we are a small business SNAP-ON pushed us aside and will only do what they want to do and nothing else.
Since I sent the last email I have been talking to friends who are in the automotive industry and telling them about what has happened to us and they have some stories to tell also.
Im any posting on EVERY site that takes consumer complaints and I am post the information on everyone of them and I will not stop until SNAP-ON will fix the machine for FREE or gives a new one. This machine was bought in good faith because of the SNAP-ON name and now it is going to cost us as of this break down 1/2 of what a decent pre-owned machine would cost, this is totally unexceptionable and I will not stop complaining till we get results.

As of today your company has had our business for the last 20yrs plus and we have bought every diagnostic equipment from SNAP-ON but as of now I will be looking into purchasing the same equipment from another tool company.

I will give your the number to reach me but I DO NOT want anybody calling to bother us or to try to make a inadequate deal, the ONLY thing we will accept is completely paying for the machine to be fixed correctly or a replacement, THATS IT.
SNAP-ON sells faulty equipment and it is not our fault it is inadequate for more than a few years of use. Because of this break down we are losing a great deal of Air Conditioning work and it is hurting business as we speak never mind the customers who had to go elsewhere to get their AC serviced.

If your company already has a complaint on file, at least thats what they told me.
DO NOT call me unless the deal I stated in this email is what SNAP-ON is going to offer and NOTHING less and I will keep posting on the consumer complaint sites till I feel we have got our satisfaction with this matter.

I am out of the office Thursday 07/14 I will be in the office Friday 07/15 all day so if the deal can be accepted please feel free to contact me then.

LAST EMAIL to SNAP-ON,
Due to the lack of concern with upper management at SNAP-ON and even tho SNAP-ON had a net worth of $1.77 billion (1998) they refuse to help the working class and or small business owner.

I will be posting on every consumer complaint site about how the SNAP-ON Corporation how it will not help the small business person nor the working class with the faulty/poor quality equipment that SNAP-ON sells to its customer.
I will be asking people from these site to contact me and give me their stories and I will share them with others to make them aware of how your company (SNAP-ON) treats its 20 years plus customer along with other customers.
I will not stop from telling people and posting on these consumer complaint sites and sharing our SNAP-ON story with other prospecting customers.

In this economy it is a real shame how a big company like SNAP-ON sells LOW GRADE and POORLY CONSTRUCTED EQUIPMENT to people who are trying to make a honest living but I am going to show how SNAP-ON is JUST THERE FOR THE MONEY.

When the working class and small business owners start getting robbed by the big corporations maybe they will understand and buy from another tool company that will GUARANTEE what they sell to their customer.
As AMERICANS we should be helping each other but your company is driving the customer down with your ways of doing business.
I also will be sending every email to other big tool companies for them to use in any way possible to detour others away from SNAP-ON.

Again SHAME on SNAP-ON for selling faulty poorly / constructed equipment to the WORKING MAN and the SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS Struggling in this economy while steeling our money and NOT caring.
HERE is my GUARANTEE, I will NOT STOP POSTING OR TELLING the working class and small business person about your shoddy ways of doing business, THAT IS A REAL GUARANTEE! That was my last email to them.
SNAP-ON and the sales rep are NOT good people and if your rep tells you that he would have told you to pound sand too like the company well it seems all they want is your money and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE WORKING CLASS AT ALL!!
