I took my car for service. I told the service person what was wrong with it and the part needed to be checked. I even gave them a schematic which they totally ignore. They changed the wrong part and charged me $217.00 dollars. When I checked the car, the part that was bad was still in place. When I called the dealer service department was told to bring it in. Then they said I would have to pay again to have them replace the part that I had brought my car to be fixed in the first place. This place is a rip off, please stay away from here. The only reason I came here was because I thought my car was still under warranty and even their warranty service is also a rip off. Stay away from KIA dealer.
