Protuninglab.com paid for item and never recieved it

I paid $219.99 for a grill for my truck. I did not recieve a email invioce. I email them days later asking for a tracking number. No reply. Emailed several mor times with no reply. Called the phone number on the web page and left voice mail. No return call. The phone number did not match the number on the charge to my acount. I called that number and spoke to a man that said i have the wrong number and he has been recieving many calls about this. I then called my bank and filled a despuit.
