I purchased a car from Car Credit in 2009 since they were the only one at that time willing to approve me. A couple of months later my car wasn't driving right and from that point on I knew it was a Lemon. So I contacted Car Credit and let them know what the problems were that I was expercing and they told me that a Tech would call me so be expecting a call. Four days had past and I didnt hear anything back from them so I called again and ask to speak to a manager, once I spoke to the manager he had me to bring the car so that they can inspect the car there and see if it needed to go back to the shop.
They sent my car to one of there service centers and had the car inspected. When I turned on the heat or air condition it had a bad gas smell that came through the vents in which it caused me to have bad headaches, my daughter became sick off the fumes. Our clothes even smelled like gas. I explained all this to the service center and they said they work inspect to see what they find. I never seen the report that they put on the car, and car credit kept telling me OH don't worry we well give u another car. This is when My life became a living H*LL.
They switched out my car from the same model that I hade but it was better. They told me that they were going to switch my balance over to the new car. Come to find out that they lied to me and charged me for the balance off that old car and the new balance from the new car as if I did a trade in. This caused my finance charge to go up and my payments got extended. Overland Bond which is the loan company are sooooo F*ing rude they talk to you like you are a piece of crap. I had a altacation over the phone with one of the reps who thought that she can talk to me any kinda way so I told her a piece of my mind and hung up.
She had my car REPO'ed. I went to there location with the police to see why they repo'ed my car and they didnt have the right to repo me. So they released my car and I have to pay 1000 dollars to get it back. They put a tracking device on my car which causes my car to shut off when it's not suppose to. If i had enough talk to tell you everything I would. But the BEST ADVICE from me to you is NEVER EVER get a car from these people because you making a big mistake.
