My brother was casualty of the poorly loaded truck traveling on the freeway in front of him when an aparatus fell off the truck and caused my brother's rear tire to blow-out traveling at a high speed. The operater got out of the truck and asked if he was ok. My brother was shaken and said the driver spoke little english. Did not offer to help change the tire or send a service truck. It was almost 3 weeks later when Bernadette phoned wanting to speak with my brother. She was quite rude and acted very agitated when I asked a few questions regarding the company and their responsibility. When I asked for an 800 number she hung up on me after a 4 minute phone call. I will be phoning the company myself tommorow morning and want a straight answer from the president
