Purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius New Years Eve. After all of the paperwork was completed and we were making the salesman, "Paul" stated, "oh, there is just one group of keys".

Because this is actually the next purchase I delivered to them, they stated they'd request me to obtain another group of secrets and might contact me. Nothing. I kept calling, had one supervisor "Phil" hang-up on me. Named the dog owner, Joe Germain, described the problem to his helper and he or she guaranteed to obtain back again to me. NOTHING.

An extremely disingenuous client repetition "Jim" named me and stated, "If we offered out keys-we will be a non profit". Silly record. Obviously, the important thing moves for $300 and that I was lied to. I've two more children to assist purchase vehicles; I will safely declare it'll not be-at Germain.
