On Thursday January 20th I took my car into Atomic Auto to have Larry replace the Timing Belt and Water Pump on my 1994 Honda Accord LX.
He told me that the total amount for all parts and labor would be $496.00, to be paid in cash. Upon leaving my vehicle with Larry I wasn't given any type of receipt or invoice, nor did I sign anything.
That day Larry told me that he received a lot of work before I came in and that the car most likely wouldn't be ready until the following Friday afternoon.
After not receiving any call on Friday, I waited until the following Monday to call Larry seeing as how he doesn't work on weekends.
When I spoke to him that Monday he told me that he should have it for me a day later, Tuesday. That Monday (the 24th) was the last I spoke to Larry. Since then I have made a large amount of calls and left multiple voice mails for him. His voice mailbox is currently full and can no longer take any more messages. I also left a note on his shop door explaining my situation.
It is now Monday January 31st and I'm still yet to hear from Larry. I have no idea what the status is of my car. This ignorance and lack of communication has caused a great deal of inconvenience for both my family and I. For being a returning customer I don't feel valued at all. I will not be returning to Atomic Auto for any future repairs.
