A preown vehicle was purchased at Bohn Bros Toyota and during the final sales paperwork stage I inquired about an extended warranty. The finance representative who was quite busy and backed up with customers proceeds to tell me that I could "come back at anytime" and purchase the warranty and hands me a gold and platinum package pamphlet to review. I returned to Bohn Bros Toyota to purchase the warranty and was told by another representative that I could not purchase it because I had to purchase it on the day of sale. That was not told to me and now I am without a warranty. He assured me that the first representative "was fired because of things like that", and that there is nothing they can do for me. This is very unfair and I have tried to contact the customer relations representative and of course received the voicemail, and have yet to be contacted. I plan to write a letter to Bohn Bros and the corporate office about the false information I was given which puts me in a financial bind.
