Contacted company 2 times Automotive extended warrenty 14755 N OURTER FORTY RD STE 400

I bought a contract in 2005 and the contract was paid for 3 years of coverage if it was not used money was to be refunded I called the company to get my money refunded

Since I never used it. I was told by 2 different contacts that the money can not be refunded since the contract has changed but I told them I have the original contract

And it said they will give me a refund they said no. So I am disabled and needed the money now since I kept a copy but never used it expecting the money to be there if I ever needed it. They have refused to refund my money or even extend the contract as that was one of the options on the contract if I chose it. Stay away from
