BMW of Tulsa is not the place to buy your new BMW. They have terrible customer service. I bought a new 2011 328 I and it still will not open my top of the line garage door opener. All my other vehicles open it. They have been out twice and could not fix it, and I was told and I quote, "We will make it work". Then they never got back to me. I have gone in and left messages for my salesman, i have called and left messages, no return call. I finally took it to their shop. They checked it and could not find anything wrong. They sent me home with the same instructions that do not work and told me to try it again. Now they are back to not calling me and it still doesn't work. I in essence have a $42,000 car that will not open my garage, and a delership who will do nothing about it. I either want it fixed or my money for the car back as I have a lemon. I can actually say if you live in Tulsa and want a BMW, make the 100 mile trip to Oklahoma City to buy, you will at least get good service. You get nothing from bmw of tulsa, which is part of southpointe dodge and southpointe chevrolet. Hopefully their Dodge and Chevrolet delerships take better care of their customers.
