Specialty auto called my mother after the death of my father and said they could help her sell her classic car. She had no idea about how to sell on the internet so she said yes to them. The fee to list the car on the site plus put it on e-bay was $299.00. They sent her a form to fill out that would describe what she wanted the ad to say.
My mom not being computer savae gave it to me. I type the description of the car and sent it to specialty auto. When the ad came out it had the place the car was at wrong, the type of car wrong, the transmission wrong, and the color wrong. Called and told them and they asked what was wrong told them and they fixed a couple of the problems.
The e-bay action had only 6 hits on the car with people having to call specialty auto to get our number to ask questions. One person told us it took specialty auto 4 days to get him our number, and with the auction only being for 21 days this hindered any bidder getting answers before the auction ended.
