I went to Just Tires on Jan 2 to have one tire repaired. Two employees helped me. The younger man said i need two new front tires and they were on sale... He went to check on them. The older man said i should also have an alignment... When asked how much he said $19.99. I repeated the amount and said well, if it's only $19.99 then go ahead. When my car was finished and i was ready to pay what I thought was going to be around $270 with tax was now $416.73. What... What are all these extra charges you never told me about... And you told me the alignment was $19.99. The older employee said the price is on the board... Which I said why would i look at the board if you told me $19.99. Regarding the other charges he said that was up to the other employee to tell me. I was SOOOOOO angry at feeling totally misled and ripped off by these tow incompetent employees. I have written the company and hope to hear from them soon. You can only write to the company, they give no phone number to call, which i am not happy about.
