Car loan modification was a fraud. They claimed to lower my car loan, when they just took my $350

I trusted this company to conduct a loan modification, and they stated that they had worked with my company before. I paid them $350 to modify my loan. The said that my loan amount would be dropped $150 to $180 a month. They also said thatI would not have to pay a note for the next month as long as i wasn't more than 30 days behind. Stay away from this company. I am seekingall legal actions against this company...
