Rip Off, Bad Service, Crooked Employees

I've had only poor issues with my 2008 Altima which was bought at Texas Nissan of Grapevine. It's experienced their store on / off for that couple of years that I've had it. I got it in nowadays because of large fatigue smoke and Scott (support man) instantly explained "this really is regular smoking". I described the circumstances of the smoking more, which others had observed it also. While he ripped my vehicle up within the pc and observed it'd not visited the dealer in 20,000 miles (since I WOn't provide them with more of my cash and go locally to become maintained) he began informing me there is an engine issue and that I would need to show-me bills for several of my providers at other areas. This can be a rest whilst the vehicle continues to be under guarantee and really should be set. I also think it is interesting that there is not a problem based on him, nevertheless when he observed I'd not introduced it in for any program support in their mind everything of the quick had an engine issue I'd need to purchase. BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT all the time, and everybody there's uneven. I'd not purchase another Nissan actually because of all of the probelms I've had below.
