I've been a long time customer of this big o tires for a very long time. I had fairly good experience in the past until as of recent. My cadillac was service back in may. At that time they replaced serpentine belt and coolant flush as for power steering flush. My problem occurred when i was driving monday 11/29/10 when my vehicle died. I restarted it then heard a noise in the engine area. Didn't know what to do so i called a tow truck.
