Auto theft claim

I acquired my vehicle taken on 9/10/10 and its own is 12/1/10. Our vehicle was retrieved in three or four hours with small harm, the robberies required just individual material and smashed material inside, their was also small scratches round the door handle region. I've talked to my state insurer perhaps three times in the many. I contact him, keep messages on his voice-mail never obtain a call-back, I've actually voiced to his supervisor and he or she was also truly rude and stated the situation was under analysis.
