I purchase a Maserati wholesale in December Mike Randle (Posh Auto/Rentless Auto) said he had several buyers for it in Atlanta. After some consideration I allowed him to ship the car from Las Vegas to Atlanta to have his "buyers" look at the car and confirm it existed. 10 months later I have not seen my car or the money, Mike said he had a buyer and the check in his hand but needed the title to show the bank he could complete the transaction, I should not have sent it to him but I did in June. He has threatened to kill me and my family when I told him I would be calling the State of Georgia. I am dead broke and have borrowed money because the few rare times he has contacted me over these many months he has some new story. I complained to the Secretary of State in July and have not heard anything except it is under invistigation; they will not ever talk to me over the phone, when I have called they are almost as rude as Mike has been. Ive called the Alpharetta police and they do not return my calls. He has told me if I want the car in one piece and my life then I should just be patient. What am I to do?
