Crowne Network One works in tandem with GotCarWash.com. If you are ever offered a GotCarWash service, be warned.
The service does work, but they make it impossible to cancel. I called to cancel about a year ago. I even went to the car wash location where GotCarWash/CrowneNetworkOne were working out of. I asked the status of my account, and they said it was deactivated.
Now, a year later, I'm being told that I'm being sent to collections for all the months of non-payment. The interesting thing is this. Even if you have your credit card to a stop payment when they attempt to keep billing you, they still run a tab until they can get a large enough amount to send you to collections for.
Most people will obviously want to just pay to get the collections worked out, which is how Crowne Network One gets their money. Though the service is canceled, and you stop payment with your credit card, they still find a way to get money out of you.
Do NOT use GotCarWash.com, or any service that runs through Crowne One Network.
I'm trying to get a legal address to take them to small claims, but they both hide behind a collection of PO Boxes.
Avoid all services that have to do with Crowne One Network, especially GotCarWash.com.
