I am a business owner in Seattle, who have operated a fitness center for 10 years. I used Crowne One Network to process billing for my companie and customers. Crowne One started out being sloppy in their data base maintenance, account management practices, and overall customer service with customers.
They started out by sending us the wrong companies customer information and contracts. Records weren't being properly entered, and they were charging customers a $10.00 late fee that we didn't consent to. Afterall, most of Our customers dues payments were aroung $20.00 dollars. The $10.00 late charge was half of their dues payments. The worst part is that we didn't even recieve any of the money collected from these charges.
After a 2.5 year rocky relationship with Crowne One we decided to try another company. We notified Crowne that they were being released from their duties. Brian Tibbs of Crowne One Network agreed to stop any and all billing processes. However, recently we discovered that Crowne One Network was fraudulently decieving customers into paying their dues to them by acting as if they represented us!
Crowne One not only continued to dishonestly process billing and collect money but they are withholding funds from my Company. If I can do anything with this report it would be to warn others about Crowne One network based out of Idaho and their fake business practices.
