LKQ Corporation, LKQ Online shipped to me a defective product which obviously was not inspected before shipment. It was a car CD-DVD player which still had a disk in it along with other broken internals. LKQ also shipped me a screen which did not fit my car as they had advertised. To keep my $344.92, YPL as agent or employee of LKQ, failed to own up to their mistake and repeatedly refused to do the right thing. My offers to settle by a compromise were rejected by YPL. YPL claimed he will keep my money since by the time I received delivery of the items it was beyond their return policy. YPL went on and wrote: “I do not care if you tell the world about this”. So I am telling the world: Do not give LKQ and YPL a chance to take your money by relying on them to be honest and do the right thing!!!
