Bought new Q5 in June sold me a prepaid maintenance program after assurring me i can always cancel and get refund After signing all paperwork drove vehicle off lot and covered it had 2400 miles
Also discovered the new 2011 were due out in three weeks after being told my saleman will not be out until Nov
Was assurred i would always get Audi to drive when serviced, Same week had to bring my new car with 2400 into service. I called ahead made appointment for 4 days later arrived and was given an older Prius that was a death trap
Be smart Florida, stay away from Crown Audi
They have been sued for fraud in the past and continue to committ it
