Trans citi Transmission Scam

My son also called Larry Duncan abouttransmission repair and was quoted repairs would be around $600.00. Afterhaving car picked up and taken to the shop for a diagnosis he was to call himback with a total for repairs. My son called him and he told him that repairswould be $997.00 hard parts, but needed a deposit of $897.00 cash depositedinto his personal bank account. I spoke with Larry and asked him how much wasthe towing and diagnostic test, he stated that it would be $897.00. Told him ifhe had done the test what was wrong with it. He stated that the shop hadresults. Told him we did not want him to do the repairs and that I would payhim for towing and testing and asked him how was that, he stated $897.00 cash. Told him I did not operate by cash, and I was not going to deposit cash intohis checking account. He stated to me he did not take credit cards, checks orcashier checks, and I was not going to be an exception to his rule. He alsostated people think that they are slick with credit cards, and checksthey stop payment on them. I told him no, you think that you are slick bywanting cash deposited in your account. Asked him to give me the location wheremy auto was located after he had insulted my intelligence several times, and Itold him I did not appreciate it and hung up. The location where our auto waslocated is 1805 S. Great Southwest Pkwy, Grand Prairie, Texas, suppose to beEinstein Transmission Repair. This company does not even exist. After severaldays going to the place trying to talk with the people at the shop and theypretending not to know anything about what was going on. We took the police noresults. After no results with that we went to the Grand Prairie court house tofile a civil law suit, but after their help we found out that this company didnot exist and they are suppose to be operating as Einstein Auto, only storingauto parts not repairing autos. We went to the Code Enforcement Office, theyinformed Larry Duncan that they were operating illegally. We were there the daythey closed the warehouse down and got our car back without paying them a dime, but they did tear our transmission completely apart. If anyone is in theDallas/Forth Worth area and you think your auto is in this shop you need to tryand get your auto out of this warehouse. We thankfully did not get scammed, buthe tried to. If you would like to contact us call or email at, because we are trying to help other people get their autosback and close this company down for good.
