I brought in my car for repair. I was involved in an accident and the appraiser sent me to them. I know my car inside and out and know of every little scratch on it.
When I went to pick up the car the first I noticed was a dent with scratches on an area that did not have this. When they did the walk around they gave me a paper stating scratches on car to which I agreed to because I knew they were there, but when I picked up the car after repair I saw those extra dents and scratches that were not there. They claim that that was there on the car and that the documents are correct.
Please help. I know that the dent and scratches I'm claiming were not in the car. They are saying that they use the words "deep scratch" as a dent and they will not fix the damage.
