I had no idea what a nightmare it would be when I took my vehicle in for repair. Poor communication and horrendous customer service. I had to call each day to get an update and they kept pushing the completion date back. They didn't fix it right the first time and tried denying it. I attempted to resolve the issue with the service manager and he was extremely rude. The general manager didn't respond to my complaint.
