5/24/10 I paid Ken's Tuff Trux $14,735.00 for all the parts need to build my truck. They were supposed to be ordered so that they would be available to start working on my truck when I dropped it off 5/31/10. When I dropped off the truck on 5/31/10 I gave an additional $6,000.00 as a deposit on the labor for my truck. My truck was supposed to be kept inside the shop at all times. On 6/7/10 I went to check on the progress of the truck and it was still outside the shop and had not been worked on at all. I called on 6/17/10 to find out the progress and was told it was still outside the shop and no work had been performed yet either. I went to the shop on 6/29/10 to pick up my truck and still found it outside the shop and was given my keys and told I would get called within the next 2 to 3 weeks to let me know when I could bring it back to get the work done on it. I never received a call and on 7/19/10 I went to the shop and was told the parts were never ordered and he didn't have any money to order them at that time or any money to refund me at that time either. And did not give my any solutions to get my money back.
