I live in a community of apartments where everyone is assigned a parking spot. I have lived in my apartment almost 3 years, and my car has been illegally twice by Dynamic Towing now doing business as Parking Authority. I am being personally harassed by the company's tow operator David. He is trying to tow my car for no apparent reason and the latest incident was July 5. He was caught illegally towing someone's vehicle and photographing my vehicle after he was forbiddened to tow anymore vehicles of the my apartments grounds. I am really tired of dealing with David, his manager Fred and the company itself. I am beyond my wits end with these people and this company.
