The reasons I feel I'm being ripped off are: 1. Nowhere was there any information that DriveTime was formerly called Ugly Duckling. I may have thought twice about going there. 2. At first they tried to sell me a car that was older than what I wanted. I didn't want an already over five year old car! 3. The car I brought is a 2002 Dodge Stratus that has a clunking noise on right and left turns and sometimes going straight. Supposedly they put in new suspension parts, including rack and pinion and sway bars, after a week and a half the noise is still there. 4. I watched other buyers cars being washed before they left. Mine was not.
The only good thing is now they appear to have a thirty day warranty and I didn't have to pay for the work. (if any was really done. How would I know?) I have trouble trusting this company now because the General Manager is definitely a condescending, selfish man whose only concern seems to be making more money off of people who can barely pay their notes. The least they can provide is a car that works!!!
